Most recently the Search Engine Marketing Manager for CIS Data Systems, an ASP providing website building tools to the real estate industry, Joe is also the pro-bono Web Manager for Linus Pauling and the Twentieth Century, a traveling educational exhibition emphasizing both Pauling's Nobel Prize winning work on chemistry and for creating a peaceful world.

Previously, Joe was Web Content Manger for InReach Internet, an ISP with over 30,000 customers across California. He was responsible for content creation, design and maintenance of both the InRreach corporate sites and customer web portal.

Joe was a technical security consultant at MCI for 8 years, in addition to being the departmental webmaster. He specialized in telecommunications fraud and physical security issues. His clients included Southern Pacific Railroad, Netscape and Bank of America.

He was the information and user interface designer for a PBX fraud management system built to monitor MCI business customer traffic, helped develop enhancements to MCI's calling card fraud detection system, and was responsible for the 24/7 West Coast technical security help desk.

Joe also assisted federal and local law enforcement with emergency call search and trace requests, subpoena compliance and telecom fraud education. He has been awarded commendations from the FBI for the capture of a teen-aged mass murderer and his work on the Oklahoma City bombing case.

Personal Information:

Joe has lived in San Francisco's Mission District since 1987. In addition to being a musician, he is a visual artist and a writer, teaches adults how to read for the San Francisco Library Project Read program and spends too much time watching Japanese monster movies.
