What is Internet Data Exchange (IDX)?

Internet Data Exchange (IDX), also referred to as Broker Reciprocity, provides an avenue for agents and brokers' offices to share online property listings with other real estate professionals. Agents and offices who participate in the program can display active listings from their area without sharing the listing agent's contact information. With IDX Pro, agents can offer their clients greater service while optimizing their own exposure and leads.

The National Associaton of REALTORS® (NAR) has mandated that this program be available for all brokers to download active listing information from their local MLS to their Internet websites.
